History: The Senju Clan is one of the most prominent clans in the land. They consist of numerous Shinobi with various skills. They have gained much renown and fame and are in direct opposition to the Uchiha Clan. Where other clans might focus on mastering one particular skill-set, the Senju tend to be masters in all skills, from ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. Because of this, they are feared as "The Clan with a Thousand Skills", which their clan name is derived from. The clan is actually comprised of numerous families and branches and is perhaps one of the largest clans that exists today. One skill they are particularly adept at, however, is the manipulation of the advanced Wood-Release. The Senju's prominence is rather undisputed, but there is one clan that certainly rivals their power: the Uchiha Clan. In previous times, whenever one country hired the Senju, their enemies would hire the Uchiha, and vice versa. This has led to the current rivalry between the two clans and more specifically, between the leaders of the clans.
