History: The Sarutobi Clan is a clan originating from the Land of Fire, and like the Uchiha and Senju are one of the more prominent clans in the land. The clan has a natural affinity for Ninjutsu, and many of its members are known for their natural affinity for Fire-Release. In recent times the clan has come to form a rivalry with the equally powerful Hagaromo Clan, who has been attempting to subjugate the Sarutobi under their control as they begin to make strides toward invading the Land of Fire. It is rumored, however, that the clan has very strong ties to the Yamanaka, Akimichi, and Nara clans.
